My name is Anna and my job is to make you feel amazing.
I've worked in the fitness industry since 2013 and, in that time, I've worked with all kinds of clients; from CEOs to athletes, from new mums to older adults, from couch potatoes to bodybuilders and everyone in between.
My mission is to inspire and motivate my clients to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. Whether you're working towards a physical goal or simply looking to be fit for life, it is my privilege to help you on that journey.
I love my job. I love seeing people transform! And I'm not talking about weight loss. Weight loss is great, if that's your goal. But wouldn't you rather be able to pick up heavy things without hurting your back, or speed up your recovery time post-surgery, or even live an independent life well into your later years? These are just some of the goals I'm working towards with my clients.
I'm not your average PT. I don't believe in 'beast mode'. Instead, I take a holistic and evidence-based approach to fitness shaped by my background in rehab, Pilates, and yoga.
Anna took on the monumental task of getting me fit and toned about 2 years ago. I could hardly move after the first session! We work out 3 times a week with a couple of other friends and Anna has performed miracles! We are all so much stronger, fitter and toned. She is amazingly versatile and is highly qualified to teach Yoga, Pilates plus overall fitness training. None of us are spring chickens and she is mindful of our injuries ensuring each exercise is always strengthening and never damaging. And she is just great to work with – so motivational, kind, calm and basically terrific! I love getting up at the crack of dawn 3 times a week come rain or shine and working out with Anna – she is the best personal trainer I have ever had.
