My name is Anna and my job is to make you feel amazing.


I've worked in the fitness industry since 2013 and, in that time, I've worked with all kinds of clients; from CEOs to athletes, from new mums to older adults, from couch potatoes to bodybuilders and everyone in between.


My mission is to inspire and motivate my clients to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. Whether you're working towards a physical goal or simply looking to be fit for life, it is my privilege to help you on that journey.

In 2018, I qualified as a reformer Pilates instructor, and this has since become my passion. In 2023, I retrained as a classical instructor under the mentorship of second-generation master trainer, Amy Kellow. I now teach a mixture of contemporary or fitness Pilates, and the authentic method that Joe Pilates himself designed over 100 years ago.

 

I work from a small Pilates equipment studio based in Coleshill, Buckinghamshire, containing a mixture of classical and contemporary apparatus. My studio is the perfect environment for you to work on your health and wellbeing goals, in a private space in the beautiful countryside.
